Hey Aubrey, very sharp image with great color.

Merry Christmas to you, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your great work during 2024!

Lots of beautiful color there, Aubrey!

SORRY ABOUT CHRISTMAS HAVING A T ON IT.

THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS ON THE PREVIOUS IMAGES THIS MONTH. ITS BEEN A PRODUCTIVE MONTH WITH THE BEST SKIES ALL YEAR.

NOW HERE IS A VERY STARRY NIGHT IMAGE, M37.

I imaged M37 Star Cluster on December 18th with the following equipment. AstroTech 102mm ED refractor and my QHY 168 color camera. They say that these bright blue stars are only a couple hundred million years old and are extremely hot. This image shows not only a very clustered "open cluster" but a lot more stars in the area that fills the entire image with a good mixture of orange and red stars.

This is a very colorful image and the QHY 168 is very sensitive to blue so those really jump out and have to be "toned" down some.

Hope you enjoy.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE ON THE SITE.

Aubrey
